Almond
Mochi is a traditional food for the Japanese New Year and is commonly sold and eaten during this time of season.
I mixed the same amount of Kinako and Brown sugar with a drop of salt then dissolved them by a few boiled water. Souse it over on toasted Mochi with Almond.
