Sweet Kinako Mochi (Rice Cake w/sweet soybean flour)

Mochi (Rice cake)

Kinako (sweet soybean flour)
Brown sugar
Salt (a drop)

Mochi is a traditional food for the Japanese New Year and is commonly sold and eaten during this time of season.

I mixed the same amount of Kinako and Brown sugar with a drop of salt then dissolved them by a few boiled water. Souse it over on toasted Mochi with Almond.
